There are hardly places today where one doesn’t have the need to provide some form of identification. Some form of identification like passports, ration cards, ID cards are required. Of the lot it is much easier to provide an id card as a form of identity information as it is compact and easy to carry. In such cases it becomes our duty to maintain our id proof in a good condition at all times and hence the need for a pvc card. They don’t tear and it is easier to handle pvc cards by all age groups. Pvc cards can be easily carried by using lanyards, today one can easily get custom printed lanyards to mark their identity or the organization that they work for, another form of card holder is the badge holder, these are relatively much easier to use and they come in all shapes and sizes and can be customized to one’s needs

I don’t have much to say, well i guess i do. I saw a fair amount of people at my school had one of these and so i decided to do one, it looked appealing. Well for starters, today was a typical Sunday; I went to see my boyfriend, Oscar(Krook), we ate Mickey D’s and we walked hand-in-hand to his house to watch football. Yeah, well it feels nice to have these moments with him because we’ve been through so much it’s crazy! Yesterday we pretty much let it out, shared a few tears, and whatnot. It’s been hard, those 8 months he turned on me and i swear i didn’t miss a day of crying. I couldnt even look at him anymore, he was an angry monster. I wanted to give up but i just couldnt , i knew that with time i would be able to heal him. I did, and he cried to me a lot last night, telling me that i deserve better and that i really am an amazing person because i never lose faith in people. We have really changed as people and as a couple; it feels amazing.
As for home, it’s very sad. My parents havent talked in three weeks, it’s like divorced people living in the same house. They dont like each other anymore and my mom claims to be here for me. I sleep here in the computer room, because my mom sleeps in my room. Both my parents cry to me. I feel guilty. If my mom leaves, i honestly can’t go with her. I rather stay with the gambling addict for a father, because i cant actually persuade him to save his money sometimes, and he can financially support me. I’m scared, i hate this. I feel like i’m ruining their lives. :/ And they wonder why I have ‘changed’. I REALLY CAN’T TAKE THIS SHIT ANYMORE.

I am not the world’s greatest gardener, but I do read a lot of books and a friend recently gave me a book by E. Gordon Wells, Jr called Successful Home Gardening, he also gave a gardening seminar recently here in the area that I was told was invaluable. As a gardener living in the west coast his book contains some great suggestions on everything you need to know to garden in our particular environment. He has a lot of sound advice; my favorite was about plant watering needs. I tend to overwater, which as he said can cause problems with production, some plants (tomatoes, corn, cucumbers etc.) need less water to produce more; one good soaking every week to ten days. Others (lettuces, broccoli, peas etc.) need more water about every 3 to 7 days to keep from going to seed and produce more.
Another favorite of mine if Square Foot Gardening by Mel Bartholomew. His approach is to use squares, not rows for better production. I like his comments on taking vining plants up. Like putting cucumbers or cantaloupe on a trellis and growing them up instead of out. He mentions in his book that the cantaloupe compensates for the vertical growth to support the fruit.

Setting a realistic budget means knowing what you need and what you want and separating the two. Living on a budget means controlling yourself and having control means freedom. It may not sound that way, but when we have control of our spending we aren’t blown by the every wind of advertising to buy things we don’t really want and don’t really need. That’s my second tip; wait at least a couple days to make a big purchase. Is it just an impulse buy or have you been planning this for months and this is the best price yet. Do you love what you’re going to buy and will it make you happy or will it just add clutter to your home.
Declutter your home and have a garage sale, sell it online or in the classifieds. Are you looking for a little extra money for a trip or activity, selling a couple items can be a great way to have a cleaner house and make a little money.

So what a surprise, here in Spanish Fork a fun tea room that serves incredible delicacy’s, we took eight cupcakes home to share with the guys, great lunch and has a full service spa.
Owner Susan Hayes lives in Salem and has been catering weddings for years. Initially she had planned to open her spa in Provo but found her present location, 978 E. Expressway Lane in Spanish Fork, and decided she wanted to be closer to home.
Primrose Retreat has a full spa and a full girl’s spa for little girls, including birthday parties. Their café is open from 11-8 and serves a wide variety of food and drinks for lunch and dinner. They have recently started offering yoga classes, cooking classes and couples retreats. By far our favorite part was Babycakes cupcakery which serves jumbo cupcakes made from scratch every day.
I know this sounds like an advertisement, it is a little. We had a fun time at the Primrose Retreat, and its fun to find new places right here in Spanish Fork that are as good as or better than those found in larger communities. Here’s to hoping that you find a great surprise today.
